The Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and articulate Product Marketing Analyst to be the voice of the customer and the market. You will work directly with the Product and Product Marketing Managers to define market positioning, analyze feature adoption, and measure the success of product launches. This role is ideal for candidates who want to use data to tell the story of our product's impact on complex commercial workflows.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis focused on the InsurTech and AI automation landscape to identify white spaces and emerging customer needs for our B2B product.

- Launch Measurement: Define and track success metrics for all new product features and launches (e.g., adoption rates, feature usage, customer feedback). Analyze performance data post-launch to generate optimization recommendations.

Customer Segmentation:

- Analyze user data to build and refine customer personas and segmentation strategies (e.g., small MGAs vs. large carriers), enabling highly targeted marketing campaigns and product development.

- Messaging & Positioning Support: Assist Product Marketing Managers in crafting compelling product narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks based on data and competitive insights.

Sales Enablement:

- Create and maintain essential internal assets (e.g., battle cards, pitch decks, ROI calculators) to ensure the sales and customer success teams are equipped to sell the AI platform effectively.

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):

- Education: MBA/PGDM from a premier institute (IIM, ISB, etc.) strongly preferred.

- Experience: 1 - 4 years in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Marketing Analyst role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology company, with exposure to complex workflows (Finance, Insurance, Supply Chain).

Analytical Skills:

- Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to form actionable hypotheses. SQL proficiency is mandatory.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI/tech concepts for a non-technical audience.

- Domain Aptitude: Deep curiosity about the Insurance/FinTech domain and the ability to quickly understand complex underwriting workflows and their value proposition.
