One of the leading FMEG /FMCG companies wishes to hire the Product Manager of its fastest growing category- Rechargeable batteries , powerbanks , wireless products.
Key Responsibilities include -
New Product Development:
- Lead end-to-end product development , managing cross-functional teams across R&D, SCM, manufacturing, and sales
- Conduct market research
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and consumer trends
- Create detailed product requirements, specifications, and GTM strategies.
Business Analytics & Pricing:
- Develop pricing strategies using P&L analysis, category grids, and competitive benchmarking
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to inform product and pricing decisions
- Create dashboards and reports tracking KPIs
Digital & E-commerce Management:
- Drive e-commerce strategy and execution across key platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website, etc.)
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize online sales and conversion rates
- Drive social media strategy
Media:
- Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns
- Track ROI on marketing spend
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing, and content formats resonating with younger demographics
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA from a Tier-1/2 business school with 3-5 years of post-MBA experience in product management, brand management, or related roles in FMCG.
Must have led complete product lifecycle.
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Experience managing digital initiatives including social media, e-commerce, and performance marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
