We are seeking an experienced Mutual Fund Product Manager to lead the development, management, and enhancement of our mutual fund offerings in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian mutual fund industry, regulatory requirements, and market trends. You will be responsible for designing competitive fund products, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and investment teams to drive product growth. Product Development & Strategy: - Research, design, and launch new mutual fund schemes aligned with market demand and regulatory guidelines (SEBI). - Analyze competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation. Regulatory & Compliance: - Ensure all mutual fund products comply with SEBI regulations and other statutory requirements. - Work closely with legal and compliance teams for product filings, disclosures, and approvals. - Monitor changes in mutual fund regulations and adapt product strategies accordingly. Lifecycle Management: - Own the product roadmap for mutual funds: onboarding AMCs, managing product shelf, and periodic review. - Optimize product availability, categorization, and navigation across web and mobile platforms. - Collaborate with marketing and analytics for performance tracking and customer engagement. Sales & Marketing Support: - Provide training and product updates to sales teams, distributors, and IFAs. - Develop marketing collaterals, presentations, and pitchbooks for new and existing funds. - Work with digital marketing teams to enhance product visibility on platforms Digital User Experience: - Lead the UX improvement for mutual fund journeys onboarding, investment, redemption, tracking. - Implement tools like goal planning, SIP calculators, and risk profiling. Education: MBA in Finance, CFA, or related field preferred. Experience: 2+ years in mutual fund product development, fund management, or related roles in the Indian financial sector. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEBI mutual fund regulations. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling. Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
