Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a product manager:
- Create and manage the product roadmap: Prioritize and plan the development of broking business for wealth management.
- Wealth Equity Broking for wealth management broking business include product strategy, roadmap execution, and business revenue growth .
- Act as a conduit between Broking team & Wealth clients + Private Bankers for superior broking experience to our clients.
- Define product vision and strategy: Set the long-term direction for the product to align with company objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with design and technology teams to build and deliver product features.
- Market research: Stay informed about competitor products and evolving client needs to identify new opportunities.
- Drive product adoption: Implement strategies to increase user engagement and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Drive business growth: Work to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth through the product's strategic initiatives.
- Analyze product performance: Review performance reports and make data-driven decisions.
