About the Role:
Our client is a fast-growing consumer fintech startup based in Bengaluru, building an AI-powered platform for credit management and financial services.
We are looking for a Product Manager - Voice AI to build intuitive, voice-first experiences using LLMs, speech technology and agentic AI.
Location: Bengaluru
Mode: Full-time, on-site, 5 days
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the Voice AI product roadmap from concept to launch.
- Design natural and intuitive voice and conversational journeys.
- Define requirements across STT, LLM orchestration and TTS.
- Work closely with AI, Engineering, Product and Design teams.
- Improve voice quality, latency and user experience.
- Build experiences for multilingual and first-time digital users.
- Track Voice AI and agentic AI trends and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of Product Management experience with a shipped Voice AI product.
- Strong understanding of STT/TTS, voice UX and conversational AI.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling and agentic workflows.
- Experience building products for vernacular users or emerging markets.
- Strong product thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in AI and fintech.
- Experience in consumer technology is a plus.
