Role Summary

The Product Manager - Two Wheeler Loans will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the TW loan product, including product design, policy framework, pricing, sourcing strategy, and performance monitoring.

The role requires a strong business-first mindset, with working knowledge of digital lending journeys to collaborate effectively with digital and technology teams. This is not a technology-heavy role, but the candidate must demonstrate exposure to digital ecosystems in their CV.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Ownership & Strategy:

- Own the Two-Wheeler loan product lifecycle design, launch, modification, and scaling.

- Define product constructs including eligibility norms, credit policy inputs, pricing, tenure, LTV, and schemes.

- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to refine offerings.

2. Business Performance & Analytics:

- Monitor key business metrics such as disbursement growth, approval rates, yields, delinquency trends, and sourcing mix.

- Work closely with Risk, Credit, Sales, and Operations teams to improve product profitability and quality.

- Identify bottlenecks in sourcing or approval and drive corrective actions.

3. Channel & OEM Coordination:

- Work with OEMs, dealers, and sourcing channels to support product rollouts and scheme implementation.

- Ensure product guidelines are clearly understood and executed at ground level.

- Support onboarding of new partners from a product and process perspective (not technical execution).

4. Digital & Process Enablement (2030%):

- Possess a working understanding of digital loan journeys, LOS/LMS workflows, and API-based integrations.

- Translate business requirements into clear inputs for digital/product tech teams (BRDs or functional notes).

- Review and validate digital journeys to ensure alignment with product rules and customer experience.

- Support UAT from a business validation standpoint (logic, rules, flow).

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the central point of coordination between Business, Risk, Credit, Operations, Analytics, and Digital teams.

- Support internal training, product notes, and go-live readiness for new schemes or product changes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of Two-Wheeler lending products and NBFC/financial services business models.

- Proven ability to manage product P&L drivers and balance growth with risk.

- Working knowledge (not deep technical expertise) of digital lending platforms, LOS/LMS, and digital sourcing journeys.

- Ability to convert business needs into structured product or digital requirements.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

- 7-10 years of experience in product management, business strategy, or lending roles within NBFCs / fintechs / vehicle finance.

- Mandatory experience in Two-Wheeler loans or secured retail lending.

- Exposure to digital lending journeys, OEM/dealer platforms, or fintech collaboration should be clearly reflected in the CV.
