Product Manager - Travel/Hotel Booking

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Hotels) to lead product strategy, development, and optimization for hotel booking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, OTA integrations, API-based product development, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Role Overview:

The Product Manager (Hotels) will lead the development and optimization of our hotel booking platform, ensuring seamless integrations with OTAs, hotel chains, and aggregators to enhance search, booking, and post-booking experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the hotel product roadmap to drive business growth.

- Lead integrations with hotel suppliers and aggregators (Booking.com, Agoda, bedbanks, etc.).

- Optimize hotel search algorithms, pricing intelligence, and content management

- Define plans and execute on them for static content mapping.

- Enhance booking experiences,, incorporating personalization and customer preferences.

- Work closely with revenue management teams to improve margins and commission structures.

- Drive automation in hotel booking amendments, cancellations, and refunds.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in the hotel booking domain.

- Strong understanding of hotel inventory systems, APIs, and global distribution networks.

- Proven experience in product management - from strategy to launch.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
