Responsibilities: - Design and implement effective contests and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and increase sales for our tractor loan products. - Manage the execution of contests, including coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and tracking contest performance. - Utilize call centers to generate leads and drive lead conversion for tractor loan products. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall productivity of our tractor loan product portfolio. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to gather insights and optimize product offerings. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements. - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the financial services sector to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing contests, managing contests, lead generation through call centers, and implementing processes to improve product productivity. - Strong understanding of the financial services industry, specifically in the loan products domain. - Proven track record of driving lead generation and successfully managing contests to achieve business goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
