Portfolio Management and Optimization: - Oversee the product portfolio to ensure alignment with regional market demands, customer preferences, and industry standards. - Evaluate product performance, profitability, and competitive positioning to inform product enhancement, discontinuation, or new launches. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to optimize product offerings and drive revenue growth. 3.
