Product Manager - Temperature & Pressure Sensors & Transmitters

Job Description ( Roles+Responsibilities) :

- Develop and execute short- term and long- term business and marketing plans for the Pressure & Temperature (sensor and transmitters) product portfolio.

- Own the end- to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, positioning, roadmaps, launches, and phase- out.

- Identify market trends & Innovations, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive sustainable growth opportunities.

- Define go-to-market strategies and collaborate with sales and marketing on external promotions (digital, print, seminars, roadshows).

- Provide high- level sales support through product expertise, customer engagements, and development of sales tools and training materials.

- Act as a liaison between Sales Centres and Production Centres, communicating local market requirements and issues.

- Work closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure timely product development and delivery.

- Track product performance and KPIs such as revenue, margins, and market share; recommend improvements and growth strategies.

- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, certifications, and internal governance requirements.
