(Must - Have) We are looking for a strong Technical Product Manager with a Software Engineer background. - Mandatory (Experience 1) - Min 4+ overall YOE, with last 2+ years as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager for a ticket booking platform OR Social / Blockchain Platforms. - Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 2+ YOE as a Software Engineer during initial career - Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have basic coding experience using SQL, Python, Javascript, Typescript, etc - Mandatory (Company) - Ticket Booking Product Companies only OR Social / Blockchain Platforms Role & Responsibilities - Develop a data-driven product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user priorities. - Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning. - Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to cross-functional teams. - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. - Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. - Track progress and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs). - Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention. - Track product adoption and growth metrics, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement. - Proactively research and identify emerging trends in the industry and competitive landscape
