Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and scaling domestic trade and supply chain finance offerings, including Vendor & Dealer Financing, Factoring, Reverse Factoring, Invoice & PO Financing, and Anchor-led programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Structure and enhance SCF offerings for large and mid-sized corporates.

- Manage anchor programs and expand the SCF book across regions.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives in trade and SCF products.

- Achieve profitability and NII targets from a RAROC perspective.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Ops, Legal, Compliance) and external partners.

- Forge partnerships with FinTech's to build and scale digital SCF solutions.

- Roll out enhancements to existing products and monitor portfolio health.

- Build business plans and GTM strategies for SCF product penetration.
