Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities - The candidate should have extensive experience from the Product perspective at Regional Level for Supply Chain Finance for Anchor / Corporate Tie-ups. - Experience of on-boarding Anchors on Supply Chain Finance Fintech Platform in a seamless manner is a pre-requisite. - Develop, own, and drive product strategy and new product development for the Supply Chain Finance business. - Oversee the day-to-day operating needs. - Manage technology developers, vendors, and internal partners. - Act as the primary liaison with key partners such as Trade Operations, Technology, and Legal, Compliance, and Credit. Build and maintain effective relationships with Finance, Credit, and Sales. - Enable the success of Sales colleagues: participate in client calls as required; assist with technical sales for complex products, facilitate training. - Monitor and communicate risks associated with the product set. Understand the impact of regulatory changes and guide product and process adaptation. - Maintain active industry engagement to build Colending franchise. Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 7-10 years product management experience with direct oversight of Trade and Supply Chain Finance Products - Vendor Financing and Dealer financing. - Detailed understanding of Trade finance industry dynamics, technology, operations, and competitive offerings. - Demonstrated ability to articulate strategic concepts and lay out a course of action to deliver profitable growth. - Comfort with P&L and financial reports. - Experience with building cross-functional partnerships and achieving goals while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
