Product Manager - Strategy/MIS - Financial Services

Description:

- Develop, analyze, and maintain MIS dashboards for business performance, product metrics, and financial outcomes.

- Prepare management and board-level presentations, including quarterly reviews, investor decks, and strategic updates.

- Work closely on the Product to track strategic initiatives, monitor execution, and ensure timely reporting.

- Support business strategy formulation through market research, competitor benchmarking, and portfolio analysis.

- Collaborate with product and business heads to gather insights and align product roadmaps with organizational goals.

- Translate complex data into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries.

- Identify key trends and actionable insights from performance data to support leadership decision-making.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Risk, and Operations) for data consolidation and reporting accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to create visually impactful decks.

- Experience in business MIS, product performance analysis, or strategic projects.

- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualification:

- MBA / CA / Equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputed institute.

- 25 years of experience in strategy, product management, business analysis, or MIS roles in BFSI / Fintech.
