About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will own core trading journeys that users rely on every day - order placement, positions, funds, margin and portfolio.
You will own features from first spark to final launch, not just write specs and pass them on.
The team is looking for someone who already understands how Indian traders think and does not need to learn the market on the job.
What the day-to-day looks like:
- Analysing drop-offs in order placement, funds or portfolio flows and designing quick, elegant fixes
- Turning complex trading behaviour and margin logic into clear PRDs that engineering can build from
- Sitting with designers and engineers to prototype fast, run live experiments and ship to production regularly
- Talking to real traders through communities and feedback interviews, and turning pain points into testable hypotheses
- Using AI tools to prototype, research and spec faster
What they are looking for:
- 2 - 4+ years of experience building user-facing B2C products that customers use daily (not internal tools or B2B dashboards)
- Hands-on experience building a trading journey for Indian stocks, derivatives or crypto (order placement, positions, funds, margin, onboarding, charts, discovery or post-trade). This is a must-have.
- Proven end-to-end execution, from raw user feedback to a live production launch
- Comfortable with data - writes own SQL, analyses funnels, defines success metrics
- High agency and ownership; comfortable with messy, undefined problems
