Product Manager - Snowflake

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with strong experience in data architecture and pipeline management to join our growing data platform team. This is a critical hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a focus on supporting our global data initiatives and collaborating closely with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and managing data products across the enterprise, with a particular focus on using Snowflake as the core data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Product Strategy: Define the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise data initiatives, aligning it with overall business goals. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage data to create value.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with global and local stakeholders, including engineers, data scientists, and business leaders, to understand their data needs and translate them into product requirements.

Data Platform Management: Drive the development and management of data products, with a primary focus on leveraging Snowflake as the core platform for data warehousing and analytics.

Data Architecture & Pipeline Oversight: Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure the design and implementation of robust data pipelines that are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Agile Product Management: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, using agile methodologies to manage sprints, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.

Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the key communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong background in enterprise data initiatives.

- Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline management.

- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms, specifically Snowflake.

- Experience working in a hybrid environment and supporting global teams.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
