Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the brand and product strategy for the Skill Development Program.
- This is a consumer-focused role centered on brand building, consumer insights, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market research & data analysis to differentiate the product offering
- Brand awareness & category management skills
- Digital marketing understanding & demand creation skills on all social media platforms
- Experience in working closely with Marketing & Research agencies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Science/Engineering graduate + MBA (IIM preferred; Preferably from Tier 1 colleges or reputed institutes)
Total Work Experience: 7 to 10 years
Sales & Marketing Experience: 5 to 7 years (Brand Management / Product Marketing / Consumer Insights)
Team Handling Experience: Must have managed a team
Languages: Hindi (mandatory) and English; Tamil is a plus
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and product innovation
- Proven experience in campaign management, product launches, or consumer engagement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and franchise teams
- Creative, analytical, and excellent communication skills
