- Design and iterate on dynamic pricing, discount frameworks, and promotional mechanics tied to conversion and margin goals
- Run rapid experiments to find the highest-leverage levers for GMV growth
Search & Recommendations:
- Build a search experience that understands intent from 'tiles' to '24x24 anti-skid floor tiles for bathroom'
- Design recommendation surfaces (PDP, cart, homepage) that drive basket expansion and repeat purchase
Personalization:
- Create personalized shopping journeys tailoring what each user sees based on their role (homeowner vs. contractor), project stage, and past behavior
Homepage:
- Turn the homepage into a high-converting growth surface seasonal merchandising, personalized modules, and promotional placements
Cart & Checkout:
- Reduce cart abandonment, increase checkout completion, and build upsell/cross-sell mechanics inside the cart flow
Payments:
- Own the payments experience minimize drop-offs, expand payment method coverage, and design EMI/BNPL integrations for large-ticket purchases
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience (consumer internet, e-commerce, or marketplace preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to tie every product decision to a business outcome GMV, conversion rate, AOV, or margin
- A 10x mindset you don't just solve problems, you reimagine what's possible and build for it
- Great IC who loves heads-down execution, not just strategy decks
