Job Description: Responsibilities - Define the vision and Product Roadmap in line with Organization's strategy - Account for risk, fraud and business dynamics into product development and design - Own all Product Management aspects from conception onwards and drive it through development, testing, acceptance followed by GTM to drive adoption - Define, build, measure, track and act standard as well as custom product metrics and form the Product Analytics as a necessary part of decision making and enhancements Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, managing an online/digital product - Atleast 2 years of experience in building and managing a consumer facing mobile app - Should have shipped atleast 1 product from scratch and executed GTM strategy to scale the usage exponentially in quick successions - Experience of working in start-up or fast paced, rapidly changing business dynamics Essential Attributes - Process oriented, well versed with UI/UX, Wireframing and Product Documentation - Clear understanding of technology and development, with a hunger to use technology to solve business problems - Should believe in Mobile first with strong analytical skills around App Analytics - Updated and armed with knowledge of latest UI stack and libraries - Product Marketing and ability to scale and market product features post launch Desirable Attributes - Should have worked in after sales service industry
