We're Hiring: Product Manager / Senior Product Manager Merchant Platform Optimization

We're looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead the optimization of a leading Payments Bank's Merchant Platform and drive feature enhancements, seamless user journeys, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Benchmark merchant platform features against industry competitors.

- Design intuitive merchant journeys to improve onboarding and product adoption.

- Coordinate with Zonal SPOCs to identify, track, and resolve platform issues.

- Drive fortnightly governance calls and maintain issue-resolution trackers.

- Lead UATs for new product launches and platform enhancements.

- Monitor platform performance and existing functionalities.

- Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, L1/L2 Support, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.

- Ensure timely closure of merchant platform-related issues and stakeholder queries.

We're looking for candidates with:

- Product Management experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, Merchant Acquiring, UPI, QR, POS, or Merchant Solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Hands-on experience in UAT, product enhancement, issue tracking, and merchant platform optimization.

- Passion for delivering exceptional digital merchant experiences.
