Client Manager

Description: - Product Strategy and Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for the trading platform, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market opportunities. - Market and User Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to understand trader needs, pain points, and emerging trends in the fintech industry. - Roadmap Development and Prioritization: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility using methodologies like Agile or Scrum. - Requirements Definition: Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development and design teams. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data analysis, marketing, sales, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure seamless development and go-to-market execution. - Product Performance Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue to track product performance and inform data-driven decisions for optimization. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all platform features and processes comply with financial regulations and internal risk control guidelines. - Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and alignment among diverse stakeholders, presenting product performance, strategy, and plans to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. An MBA is a plus. - Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in product management, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or online trading industry. - Track record of successfully launching and managing complex B2C or B2B software products. - Strong understanding of financial markets, stock trading operations, and investment products (e.g., stocks, funds, derivatives). - Familiarity with relevant technologies (APIs, cloud architecture) and agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mind-set to identify market opportunities and drive innovation. - User-centric approach with high empathy for customer needs and experience.
