Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the end-to-end consumer journey: from discovery, search, and ordering to tracking, delivery, and reordering
- Build seamless experiences for mechanics and end-users, driven by field research, call listening, and app analytics
- Translate business objectives into scalable features through tight collaboration with Tech and Design
- Prioritize product enhancements based on data-driven impact, ensuring timely execution
- Drive personalized campaigns, loyalty programs, and upsell opportunities by working closely with Marketing and CRM
- Ensure UI/UX excellence, especially for low-end Android devices and low-network conditions
- Define and track funnel metrics like app activation, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and NPS using tools such as Mixpanel, Clevertap, or GA
- Collaborate with Ops and Support to ensure post-purchase satisfaction-real-time tracking, returns, and helpdesk integration
- Continuously test and iterate through A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user feedback
