Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager - Seller Experience to own and scale the seller portal of our ecommerce marketplace. This role will focus on building tools and workflows that help sellers onboard seamlessly, manage catalogs, track orders, access insights, and drive business growth on the platform. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, transparent, and scalable seller experience that contributes directly to marketplace success.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end seller portal experience-from onboarding and KYC to catalog management and payouts.

- Build and optimize self-service tools for product uploads, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order tracking.

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to improve seller workflows and reduce friction.

- Develop features that improve seller performance visibility (dashboards, analytics, insights).

- Define and track key metrics: seller activation rate, catalog completeness, order fulfillment efficiency, and seller satisfaction.

- Benchmark against leading marketplaces to ensure competitive seller tools and policies.

- Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing, data analysis, and seller feedback loops.

Qualifications

- 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce, marketplace platforms, SaaS, or fintech.

- Strong understanding of seller lifecycle management (onboarding, catalog, logistics, payments).

- Experience working on seller portals, partner platforms, or B2B SaaS tools is a strong plus.

- Data-driven mindset with ability to define success metrics and run experiments.

- Excellent collaboration skills with tech, design, and business stakeholders.

- Prior experience in scaling marketplace/seller ecosystems is highly desirable.
