Key Responsibilities:
Price Setting & Strategy (30%):
- Set pricing for new models as per SOP & SOS.
- Coordinate with project cross-functional teams for data inputs.
- Prepare tenders and customized quotations.
- Develop price justification tools for channel partners.
Brand & Communication (25%):
- Build and execute marketing plans for service agreements.
- Increase AMC penetration in targeted segments.
- Drive internal & external brand communication initiatives.
Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Management (25%):
- Manage schemes, incentives, receivables, and cost controls.
- Track portfolio performance and identify loss-making contracts.
- Prepare budget reports and conduct periodic reviews.
Product Lifecycle Management (20%):
- Lead new product roadmap for service agreements.
- Develop advanced AMC models (e.
- Fleet AMC, Pay-per-use).
- Benchmark competition and pilot innovative service models.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and pricing strategy skills.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
- Product marketing & lifecycle management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
Performance Metrics:
- Timely pricing inputs and tender submissions.
- Increase in AMC penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Reduction in receivable aging and cost leakages.
- Successful piloting and rollout of new AMC models.
