Job Title: Product Manager - Salesforce

Job Overview:

As a Product Manager with a focus on Salesforce, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our Salesforce product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Assist in defining and refining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions.

- Gather and analyze market trends, customer service needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

- Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and prioritize product requirements.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce features and enhancements.

3. Product Development:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to refine and improve the product.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates, feature releases, and roadmap changes.

- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on product status and performance.

5. User Experience & Support:

- Gather feedback from end-users to understand pain points and areas for improvement.

- Work with support teams to resolve user issues and ensure a smooth user experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.

- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Service Cloud, and custom development.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).

- Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce) is advantageous.

- Experience with CRM systems beyond Salesforce is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and financial products.

- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Stakeholder management & relationship-building ability.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MIS, Excel, and reporting tools.
