Product Manager - SaaS Platform

Role Overview:

Denken Solutions Inc. is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and enhance SaaS-based staffing products. This role is ideal for professionals who have built products from scratch or beta to launch and can bridge business, design, and engineering effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of SaaS-based staffing products from roadmap to delivery.

- Drive product enhancements, feature prioritization, and release planning.

- Translate business requirements into product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend & frontend engineers, and QA teams.

- Support POC development for new product ideas and AI-driven initiatives.

- Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business outcomes.

- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and continuously improve UX and functionality.

Technology Stack Exposure:

- Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

- MongoDB, MySQL

- Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap

- AWS

- Figma

- OpenAI & AI-based technologies

Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management / Solution Architecture.

- Strong experience building SaaS products from scratch or beta to launch.

- Prior hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of modern web architectures and cloud platforms.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
