Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering innovative features for our flagship SaaS product. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into a compelling product roadmap. Your work will directly impact the user experience, drive product adoption, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, communicating priorities and timelines to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product designs and improve the user experience, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions, driving continuous product optimization.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging, supporting successful product launches and adoption.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and launch successful SaaS products, showcasing a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements, facilitating effective communication with engineering teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective prioritization.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top IIT institution.

- 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within a SaaS environment.

- On-site role based in Bangalore.
