Role Overview:

As a Product Manager for our SaaS platform, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers and drive revenue growth. This role involves deep customer interaction, market analysis, and a strong understanding of the SaaS business model. Your work will directly impact the user experience, product adoption, and overall success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for specific modules within our SaaS platform, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the manufacturing ERP space.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on the highest-impact features.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and validate product concepts.

- Drive product adoption and usage through effective communication, training, and support materials.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business results in a SaaS environment.

- Proven experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 6-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.

- Must be an IIT Graduate.

- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore.
