Product Manager - SaaS Firm - IIT/IIM/NIT/MDI

What You'll Do:

- Own features end-to-end from discovery and problem definition through specs, launch, and iteration

- Build and prioritise the product roadmap based on user needs, data, and business impact

- Write clear, well-structured PRDs and specs that engineering and design can run with

- Work day-to-day with engineering and design to ship high-quality product

- Talk to enterprise users and stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows and pain points

- Use data and product analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes

- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, sales, and leadership

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong product manager profile with both IIT + IIM degree

- Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 2+ years of Product Management experience in a product compay (B2B SaaS preferred)

- Mandatory (Skill 1) : Proven experience owning products end-to-end from problem discovery and PRD creation to launch, iteration, and impact measurement

- Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working closely with designers, engineers, testers and other external stakeholders

- Mandatory (Education): Must have both IIT (undergraduate) and IIM (MBA) backgrounds

- Mandatory (Company) : Product Company (B2B SaaS highly preferred)

- Preferred (Technical Comfort) : Engineering or technical background - able to engage the engineering team on real trade-offs
