- Define and drive the product roadmap for internal and external platforms supporting supplier, logistics, and post-purchase journeys.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, logistics, and QC) to ship impactful features.
- Streamline workflows such as supplier updates, shipment tracking, QC reporting, and EDD visibility.
- Partner with suppliers and internal users to gather feedback, validate pain points, and iterate on solutions.
- Monitor and improve post-order experience KPIs - order accuracy, on-time delivery, supplier responsiveness, etc.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure reliable data flow and visibility across systems (e.g., Odoo, Shopify, logistics APIs).
Requirements
- 35 years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, logistics, or supply chain tech.
- Folks with strong background in operations-heavy or post-purchase products - such as supplier portals, fulfillment systems, or ERP-linked tools will be given priority.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to translate operational complexity into simple, user-focused solutions.
- Technically sound and solid understanding of API-driven integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-oriented mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
