
Responsibilities:
- Own a product area end-to-end, define the why, what, and how for features that deliver measurable impact to enterprise customers.
- Work closely with engineering, design, clinical, and data science teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable SaaS solutions.
- Turn user pain points into structured product requirements, backed by data, usability insights, and clear prioritisation logic.
- Use metrics to measure success, adoption, accuracy, turnaround time, or customer value and iterate fast.
- Drive clarity in trade-offs between speed, scale, and quality; make prioritisation decisions based on business impact, not volume of requests.
- Collaborate with leadership and GTM teams to align product vision with business growth.
- Stay close to our users, clinicians, coders, and hospital partners to understand real-world challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, you can frame ambiguous problems and define measurable outcomes.
- Customer-centric mindset, ability to translate workflow pain points into scalable solutions.
- Strong grasp of prioritisation frameworks and trade-off decisions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, 01 environments.
