Product Manager - SaaS

Role Overview:

As our Product Manager, you will:

- The Team: Be part of a high-performing and lean product management team. You will be working closely with all three founders.

- Feature Development: Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of new product features and modules. Own the entire feature lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- Leverage AI: Drive innovation within our product. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance user experience, streamline processes, and add value to our offerings to set us apart in the market.

- Customer Feedback: You will get to directly interact with the leadership and the users at some of the most prominent and distinctive SaaS and professional services companies that form the Rocketlane customer base. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to continuously refine the product, find new avenues to grow revenue, and enhance user experience.

- Liaise with Product Marketing: At Rocketlane, we love creativity in marketing and making a splash on social media for new releases. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working with the product marketing team to create compelling product messaging and campaigns.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: As a product manager at Rocketlane, you get to work closely with every team; product design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure seamless development, launch, and adoption of product features.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or early-stage companies.

- Strong design sensibility with a user-first mindset.

- Proven track record of building and shipping products at a rapid pace.

- A proactive and self-starter mindset, ready to tackle challenges and drive projects forward in a fast-paced startup environment.

- A strong analytical mindset to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
