Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong SaaS and recruitment background.
- This role will combine strategic product ownership with day-to-day execution as a Scrum Master.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira, deep knowledge of agile product delivery, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for CloudHire's SaaS recruitment platform.
- Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Act as Scrum Master for engineering teams, managing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Oversee Jira workflows, ensuring tickets are properly defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit.
- Define product KPIs and monitor performance against objectives.
- Stay ahead of HRTech, SaaS, and AI recruitment trends to guide product strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with strong SaaS expertise.
- Proven experience in recruitment technology, ATS, staffing platforms, or HRTech solutions.
- Certified or proven Scrum Master with hands-on agile delivery.
- Advanced knowledge of Jira (setup, workflows, reporting, dashboards).
- Strong understanding of product analytics and metrics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex requirements into clear deliverables.
