About the Role:

- We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle - from ideation to execution - and delivering customer-centric solutions that drive business outcomes.

- You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to build scalable and impactful products.

- As a key driver of innovation and user experience, you should have a strong understanding of market needs, user behavior, technology trends, and agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

- Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with business goals.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities.

- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and user value.

Product Development:

- Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and User Stories.

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies alongside the tech team.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the main point of contact between cross-functional teams.

- Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Balance internal stakeholder needs with customer feedback and business objectives.

User-Centric Approach:

- Use data, user feedback, and A/B testing to drive product decisions.

- Monitor product usage metrics and define KPIs to measure success.

- Continuously improve the product based on insights and performance data.

Go-to-Market & Launch:

- Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.

- Ensure proper product documentation, training, and internal communications during launch.

- Define positioning and messaging in partnership with the marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).

- 4-8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in technology, SaaS, or e-commerce.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage competing priorities
