Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager RFID Solutions to own Lipis RFID product line and drive customer-centric solutioning. The role requires deep knowledge of RFID infrastructuretagging, readers, antennas, middleware, WMS integrationand the ability to translate customer problems into robust solution architectures. The Product Manager will also lead OEM identification, partner ecosystem development, and build business cases including total cost of ownership (TCO) for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lipis RFID product line (tags, readers, encoders, antennas, middleware, integrations).
- Translate customer problems and industry use cases into end-to-end RFID solution architectures.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard OEMs and technology partners to strengthen solution capabilities.
- Work with customers to model TCO, ROI, and business cases for RFID adoption.
- Collaborate with presales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Develop product roadmap aligned with market trends, customer requirements, and Lipis strategy.
- Support sales in proposals, RFPs, and solution presentations.
- Create reference solutions for verticals like retail, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, BFSI, and transit.
- Track deployments, capture customer feedback, and drive continuous product/solution improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years in RFID solutions, product management, or solution architecture.
- Strong expertise in RFID infrastructure (UHF/HF tagging, encoders, readers, antennas, middleware, WMS/ERP integration).
- Proven experience in customer solutioning, business case preparation, and TCO/ROI modeling.
- Ability to identify and manage OEM and partner ecosystems.
- Knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain automation, or industrial applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelors in Engineering/Technology; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
