Product Manager - Retail Banking

Description:

- Develop suitable Retail loan products with market focus that converge with Banks internal guidelines and comply with regulatory environment.

- Train stakeholders on the product guidelines and build communication channels to create product impression.

- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership through periodical review of products performance on top/bottomline growth and maintain portfolio quality

- Design MIS framework and download/transmit information to field team/top management for meeting business deliverables and review strategies.

- Create a platform for rewards and recognition that motivates field staff towards higher productivity.

- Create and manage alternate channels for distribution of loan products.
