Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full product lifecycle, ensuring Imploys end-to-end success and evolution.

- Monitor industry trends and competition, continuously developing features to position Imploy as the preferred choice for users.

- Collaborate with marketing to maximize job seeker acquisition and boost platform engagement.

- Build strong partnerships with recruiters, driving signups and expanding job posting volume.

- Introduce AI innovations and new features that enhance platform value and usability.

- Manage product financials, focusing on commercial viability and P&L performance.

- Partner with technical teams, primarily based in Egypt, to deliver timely feature enhancements and product updates.

Required Experience:

- 5-7 years background in top recruitment applications such as LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Naukri.com, or comparable platforms.

- Minimum 2-3 years in a Product Manager role at a well-respected company.

- Clear record of achievement and impact in prior roles.
