They currently work with 7 national and 16 sub-national governments and touch the lives of over 1 billion citizens, in sectors such Public Health, Water, Sanitation, Urban, Social benefits etc. Their open-source governance technology platform powers their work, DIGIT which works like an operating system to build, design, and scale digital transformation programs in as little as 100 days.

The Challenge and the Mission:

Their Public Health Mission is focused on tackling systemic health inequities, improving access to care, and addressing public health challenges that disproportionately affect underserved communities. By partnering with healthcare providers, public health agencies, market actors and international organizations, they deliver impactful tech that improves population health outcomes.

The Role:

As the Product Manager - Digital Health (Public Health), you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that address complex public health challenges. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and public health authorities, to design and deliver scalable products that improve health outcomes at a population level.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and own a portfolio of digital health products, setting product strategy and priorities to address core public health challenges such as health equity, disease prevention and access to care

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, supporting their development while ensuring high-quality delivery across the portfolio

- Partner closely with design, engineering, public health specialists and external stakeholders to translate user and community needs into scalable, effective products

- Use data, research and analytics to inform product decisions, track outcomes and continuously improve product performance and real-world impact

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of product management experience, focusing on healthcare, digital health, or public health

- Experience in leading the development of impactful products from ideation to launch

- Proven experience managing a portfolio of products, while mentoring and developing a team of product managers

- A deep passion for solving systemic health challenges and making a difference in underserved communities

- Proven excellence in user research, product prioritisation, and prototyping.

- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and have experience with health technology systems, including EHRs and HIEs
