PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Owns the centralized P2P product agenda and the technical and master data functions beneath it. Holds the development and production gates, drives automation of finance processes, and works across stakeholder groups to reduce manual effort and technical issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and sign off development start and movement to production within Asana.
- Review the regular technical issue tracker and provide direction on resolution.
- Review master data reconciliation, and implement automation and permanent fixes.
- Review and sign off debug access to KPC where it is required to resolve a ticket.
- Align and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to automate finance processes.
- Lead the PMO, technical issue handling and master data management functions.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Minimise technical issues on the platform.
- Automation and permanent fixes across master data reconciliation.
- Controlled development and production movement - nothing progresses without the required sign-off.
- Stakeholder alignment on the finance automation agenda.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of total experience, including hands-on procure-to-pay product ownership.
- Experience holding a development or release gate, and the judgement to withhold sign-off.
- Experience driving automation of finance or procurement processes.
- Experience leading technical and data teams.
- Senior stakeholder management across finance, business and IT.
PREFERRED:
- Experience of a third-party procure-to-pay platform as product owner or platform owner.
- SAP knowledge, particularly around P2P integration points.
- Experience of access governance and privileged access approval.
- Experience of a platform consolidation or migration programme.
