Product Manager - Private Equity

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong domain knowledge in Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, and the Alternative Investments industry to drive product strategy, execution, and delivery.

This role requires a mix of financial domain expertise, critical thinking, and product leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to build solutions that address complex business needs.

What Youll Need:

- 6+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in product management.

- Basic knowledge of Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting requirements for the alternative investment industry.

- Familiarity with common Hedge Fund structures such as Master-Feeder, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Committed Capital Structure, and Side Pockets is preferred.

- Understanding of Management and Performance Fee structures and calculation methods is a plus.

- Good understanding of post-trade life cycle in the asset management space, and various types of reconciliations (Trade, Position, Cash, Swaps, etc.) is an added advantage.

- Outstanding academic background with a passion for working in a high-tech software development environment.

- Strong critical thinking, the ability to articulate ideas clearly, and influence stakeholders effectively.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

- A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess.
