We are hiring a Product Manager for a fast-growing fintech platform focused on building next-generation payment solutions.
This is a hands-on product role focused on building and scaling UPI-led payment products from scratch. The role requires strong technical depth, product ownership, and execution rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Own end-to-end product lifecycle for UPI and digital payment products
2) Build and launch products such as UPI Autopay, Credit on UPI, and multi-bank settlement systems
3) Define PRDs, user journeys, API flows, and edge-case handling
4) Work closely with engineering on system architecture, scalability, and performance
5) Drive integrations with banks, payment networks, and ecosystem partners
6) Ensure alignment with RBI, NPCI, and regulatory requirements
7) Analyze product performance, optimize funnels, and improve success rates
Candidate Profile:
1) 4-10 years of experience in Product Management within Payments / BFSI
2) Strong understanding of UPI stack, IMPS, BBPS, and digital payment flows
3) Demonstrated experience in building and launching products from scratch
4) Strong technical understanding of APIs, system design, and data analysis
5) Ability to operate in high ownership, fast-paced environments
