
The ideal candidate is expected to :
- Understand business needs, end to end customer experiences when building payment solutions.
- Good understanding of technology especially in fintech, wallets, payments, loans & SaaS will be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the Consumer experience.
- Research and prioritize user requirements, strategic and business requirements, and functional requirements.
- Engage closely with engineering and architecture teams in Agile methodology to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 Experience of driving a mobile app from scratch to launch with a Product Based company.
- Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
- Strong depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping & Stellar design instincts.
