Product Manager - Payment Aggregator & Payment Gateway

About the Opportunity:

A pioneer and market leader in Indias digital payments and e-commerce ecosystem is hiring a Product Manager (PAPG). In this role, you will lead the evolution of mission-critical payment platforms, driving scalable solutions across high-volume enterprise verticals including Banking, E-commerce, Telecom, Utilities, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Implementation & Integration: Drive end-to-end integration of Payment Gateway (PG), Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment (EBPP), IVRS, and ECS solutions across diverse client verticals.

- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure seamless platform onboarding.

- Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive process notes, integration guides, API interface documents, and technical workflows for internal ops and external partners.

- Platform Enhancement: Liaise with engineering teams and third-party vendors to strategize feature rollouts, API enhancements, and platform performance optimizations.

- Process & Escalation Management: Define robust payment workflows, identify systemic bottlenecks, and resolve technical/operational escalations within SLA benchmarks.

What We Are Looking For:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (preferably in Computer Science) from a Tier-1 engineering institute.

- Experience: 6-10 years of total experience, including 5+ years in core Product Management (prior software engineering/development background is highly valued).

- Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of payment processing architectures - Payment Gateways, Net Banking, Card Processing, ECS, EBPP, and recurring payment ecosystems.

- Technical Acumen: Proven, hands-on experience designing or integrating RESTful APIs and web services at scale.

- Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with demonstrated success operating in fast-paced startup or high-scale platform environments.
