Role Purpose

To drive brand growth and marketing strategy for Orthopedic products by developing effective brand plans, executing marketing initiatives, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Age Criteria: Below 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute annual brand strategy and marketing plans for Orthopedic portfolio.

- Design promotional campaigns, marketing inputs, and brand communication.

- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and sales performance evaluation.

- Work closely with Sales team to drive brand visibility and prescription generation.

- Plan and execute CME programs, KOL engagement, and doctor promotion activities.

- Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and ROI of marketing activities.

- Coordinate with medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams for smooth product management.

- Develop scientific promotional materials (visual aids, leave-behinds, digital content).

- Support new product launches and lifecycle management of existing brands.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong brand management and marketing strategy skills

- Knowledge of Orthopedic therapy segment

- Market research and competitor analysis

- Product launch planning

- Sales team coordination and field engagement

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing

- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Product Management

- Experience in Orthopedic / Pain Management therapy area preferred
