Mission: Build the "Fort Knox" of our revenue engine. You own the journey from the first "Pay Now" click to the final tax-compliant invoice, ensuring a frictionless experience for both the customer, sales, internal finance.

Key Responsibilities: The Core of Your Role:

Robust OMS Architecture:

1. Design and maintain a high-availability Order Management System (OMS) capable of handling transactions at scale, multi-currency transactions, and complex SKU configurations without failure.

2. Work closely with Engineering & Development teams to understand existing systems, data flows, and technical constraints to ensure all engagement features are built on solid, scalable architecture.

3. Own requirements end to end by writing high clarity PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, logic maps, and edge case documents, ensuring engineering teams have everything needed to deliver without ambiguity.

4. Drive sprint execution and ensure timely shipping of high impact releases work with engineering managers, QA, design, and content teams to plan, prioritize, unblock, and deliver features on time.

5. Ensure the system is Secureimplementing protocols that prevent "hacking" of discount codes, payment bypasses, or unauthorized access to premium content.

Monetization Workflow Optimization:

1. Sales & Lead Efficiency: Partner with Sales to build the most seamless order creation and checkout journey for customers in line with workflows of sales.

2. The Payment Journey: Own the UI/UX of the checkout flow, optimizing for payment success rates and offering intelligent payment options (EMI, BNPL, Wallets) based on user persona.

Post-Payment Lifecycle & Compliance:

1. Automate the Refund & Cancellation workflows to ensure they are policy-compliant while maintaining a positive customer experience.

2. Build automated Upgrade & Renewal engines that trigger personalized nudges (via AI) when a students subscription is nearing its end.

Finance & Success Synergy:

1. Ensure 100% reconciliation accuracy between the Product, Payment Gateways, and Finance ERPs.

Expected Skills & Expertise:

- FinTech & Transactional Architecture: Expert-level knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), Payment Gateways and Loan Processes, logic of generation of payment-related documents, Refund flows, Split-payments etc.

- State-Machine Logic: Understanding how an order moves (from Pending Paid Refunded Expired), FinTech/Checkout UX, and API integrations with Payment Gateways and CRM.

- Logic-Gate & Edge-Case Architecture: You must be a master at mapping every "if-this-then-that" scenario. You can visualize a complex flow where a customer pays 40%, asks for a change in their course in month 2, and then requests a partial refund in month 3.

- Security & Risk Mitigation: Understanding how to build "break-proof" systems. You know how to prevent coupon abuse, double-payments, and unauthorized access to premium content.

- Frictionless UX Design: Ability to optimize checkout funnels. You know the psychological difference between a "3-step" and a "1-click" payment process.

- Stakeholder Diplomacy: High-level stakeholder management. You can say "No" to a feature request that breaks system logic, while providing an alternative that still meets the business goal.

Candidate Profile:

Attribute: Expectation

Experience: 4+ years in Product Management. Experience in Fintech, E-commerce (Checkout/OMS), or SaaS Monetization is a must. Experience building a system that handles transactions at scale is a must.

Education: B.Tech (CS/IT preferred) from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/BITS/NIT).
