The company is a mobile app-based lending platform that provides instant and paperless loans. They currently provide microloans to college students in India. Their technology architecture and processes allow them to seamlessly onboard users, assess risk, and disburse &amp; collect funds without any physical interface with their customers. Your Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Take ownership and drive ongoing improvement in the two major product segments of the company - (1) mobile app used by external customers, and (2) software used by internal employees - Gain a deep understanding of user experience (internal and external), identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive efficiency (for internal users), and incorporate into product design and functionality - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and user impact - Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and continuously incorporate newer elements in product functionality after discussion with business teams - Work with the software development team to (1) architect and define the necessary technical solutions, (2) create a development work plan, and (3) ensure efficient and timely execution of development work Apply If :&nbsp; - You have 5-6 years of experience in product management, with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent - You are able to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - You have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development in web and mobile technologies - You have strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done - You are skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
