Description:


JOB PURPOSE - The primary purpose of the Product Manager role in the two-wheeler business is to bridge the gap between business objectives and Manufacturer Relations.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Relationship Development:


- Must be presentable and good in communication


- Establish and nurture relationships with OEMs and Dealers to ensure seamless operations.


- Act as the primary point of contact for all OEM related communications


- Monthly review and preparation of dashboards, MIS


Management:


- Evaluate, select, and onboard OEM, ensuring alignment with company goals


- Monitor OEM performance, including portfolio quality.


Negotiation:


- Schemes negotiation with OEMs to secure favorable IRR


- Ensure compliance with all agreements and resolve any contractual issues effectively.


Process Improvement:


- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.


Performance Monitoring:


- Regular Sales Team Review basis Target and achievement, Channel activations


- Monitor the portfolio performance.


- Use data and feedback to continuously improve and optimize solutions.


Compliance and Risk Management:


- Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.


- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with system configurations.


Innovation and Continuous Improvement:


- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.


- Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance business processes and solutions.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:


- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.


- Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey requirements and findings to stakeholders.
