Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth and management of Mutual Fund and Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) offerings. The role sits at the intersection of product management, investment products, business growth, operations, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of mutual funds, capital markets, and wealth management products, coupled with the ability to collaborate across business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Product & Business Growth :

- Support the growth and expansion of Mutual Fund and SIF product categories.

- Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and growth initiatives.

- Analyze industry trends, fund flows, and investment themes to drive product recommendations.

- Partner with business teams to improve product adoption and customer engagement.

Product Management & Execution :

- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities for investment products.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches and enhancements.

- Work closely with technology and operations teams to improve product workflows and customer experience.

- Monitor and resolve product and execution-related issues proactively.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), distributors, and ecosystem partners.

- Support onboarding of new products and maintain strong partner relationships.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure continuity and scalability of product offerings.

Operations & Revenue Management :

- Support operational workflows related to investment products.

- Manage documentation, process notes, training requirements, and product-related communication.

- Track revenue-related workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution.

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
