Product Manager - Mutual Funds

Role Overview

Own and scale Univest's Mutual Fund product journey across discovery, onboarding, transactions and portfolio experience. Work closely with tech, compliance, operations and growth teams to build compliant, intuitive and high-impact MF products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end MF product lifecycle: ideation, PRD, launch and optimization

- Design user journeys for MF investing, SIPs, redemptions and portfolio insights

- Collaborate with tech (backend, app), compliance and ops to ensure smooth execution

- Drive product metrics: adoption, conversion, AUM growth and retention

- Stay aligned with SEBI, AMFI and RTA integrations and regulatory changes

- Analyze user behavior, market trends and competition to improve offerings

Requirements

- 4-7 years of product management experience in fintech / MF / broking

- Strong understanding of Mutual Fund ecosystem (AMCs, RTAs, KYC, transactions)

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-growth startups

- Data-driven mindset with strong communication and execution skills
