Product Manager - Mutual Fund Investing

Key Responsibilities:

- Reimagine and optimize the mutual fund investing experience for retail customers across web and mobile platforms.

- Identify pain points, drop-offs, and conversion opportunities through data analysis and user feedback.

- Work with UX and design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and compliant investing journeys.

- Collaborate with business, engineering, and marketing teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives.

- Define and track key success metrics (e.g., funnel conversion, AUM growth, retention) to measure product performance.

- Use A/B testing, usability research, and analytics tools to continuously improve the investor experience.

- Stay updated on mutual fund regulations, market trends, and competitor products to shape product strategy.

- Drive UX-led innovations that simplify complex investment processes while maintaining accuracy and trust.

What You Bring:

- 57 years of product management experience, preferably in mutual funds, wealth management, or investment platforms (e.g., Groww, Kuvera, Paytm Money, Fisdom, etc.

- Strong understanding of mutual fund investing processes, KYC flows, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent UX and design sensibility for simplifying complex financial journeys.

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver customer-centric solutions.

- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for building scalable, trustworthy, and delightful investing experiences.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with investment journey optimization, A/B testing, or personalized recommendations.

- Familiarity with regulatory and operational nuances of mutual fund transactions (KYC, FATCA, BSE/NSE MF platforms).

- Exposure to UX research, journey mapping, and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)

- Background in fintech, wealth-tech, or digital banking preferred
